According to TEFAF’S Art Market Report, in 2014, 180 art fairs happened at the international level. Here at ArtBinder, we could not be happier that every year, our clients are meeting in more and more new locations around the world to show and sell their works. Art fairs are undoubtedly now the new global “center” of the art world. Our personal passion at ArtBinder is travel to as many art fairs as we can to support our clients. Since there are so many new art fairs popping up every year, we want to highlight new and exceptional art fairs for both our clients and our readers.

Inaugurated in Punta del Este, Uruguay in 2015, ESTE ARTE International Contemporary Art Fair is celebrating it’s second year this January 5-8. ESTE ARTE will bring together the best local galleries from Uruguay and a selection of premier international galleries. ESTE ARTE 2016 will present a range of artistry from historical avant-garde movements to the most cutting edge emerging and contemporary art happening today in the market. ESTE ARTE will also highlight conversations amongst participants in Cultural Agenda, a parallel programme to the main fair that incorporates a space for dialogue among artists, collectors, critics, and curators.
