Role Description:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team. Our Account Managers hold the vital responsibility of connecting with and assisting our international group of clients through all stages of their subscription, ensuring that their needs are met and their voices are being heard.


Facilitate all aspects of account management:

  • Organize and conduct onboarding and data migration, tutorials, and ongoing
    trainings and support
  • Communicate frequently with clients re. updates, news, fixes, and more
  • Troubleshoot glitches and bugs remotely and on site at art fairs
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and potential issues
  • Identify potential upsell opportunities
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and our Product team by relaying client feedback on product functionality, feature requests, concerns, and suggestions
  • Coordinate with our off-site Accounting team regarding billing
  • Continually work to understand clients’ business objectives to help them get the most return on investment
  • Ownership of additional projects such as art fair sponsorships and partnerships, marketing collateral copy, client support material, social media strategy, etc.
  • Monitor competition to assess any threats to existing clients
  • Communicate and collaborate with the larger Account Management team to ensure processes are being followed at all times

  • Foreign language skills
  • Experience with SalesforceIQ
  • Direct art gallery/art fair experience
  • Interest in Product, UX, Marketing, or Software Development
